Members and guests agree to:

Treat all staff, families, and children with respect.
Use shared spaces responsibly (clean up after use, return materials).
Supervise children at all times; staff are not responsible for unsupervised children.
Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.

Failure to comply may result in membership suspension or termination.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:

Everyday Play N Learn Curriculum Hub provides safe and developmentally appropriate environments but cannot eliminate all risks.
Parents/guardians remain responsible for their children during visits, classes, and events.
You consent to first aid and emergency care if needed.
The center is not liable for accidental injury, illness, or lost/stolen items.

Memberships are billed monthly through Brightwheel and auto-renew until canceled.
Families can cancel at any time with written notice before the next billing cycle.
No refunds for partial months after billing.
Upgrades/downgrades can be made at the start of the next billing cycle.

No outside food containing nuts/peanut butter (allergy aware).
Respect room capacities and shared schedules.
Use only designated areas (curriculum store, lounge, event space) during your membership.
Children must remain supervised at all times.
Damage caused by negligence may result in fees or termination.

All payments are processed via Brightwheel. You’ll receive an invoice/invite after sign-up.
On your chosen start date after the first payment clears.
Yes, drop-ins are allowed for $10/person, paid to us.
Contact us and we’ll update your Brightwheel billing.
You can note this in the sign-up form. We’ll work with you to ensure safe participation.
Yes. All of our curriculum is adaptable for all abilities. We align with IEP/IFSP goals, use UDL strategies, and provide multisensory supports to meet each child’s needs.
